Many of us would admit that we take our lives for granted at least for quite a few days. Despite being blessed with plentiful physical and mental health, we sometimes complain and make excuses. But do we think of the ones who keep proving that what we really need to succeed are not just ears, hands and eyes? All we need is determination and willpower. We’re here to talk to you about someone who is an inspiration to everyone around him.
Meet Anandhu Chandran, who joined hands with Expleo group, right after completing the training programme in UI/UX Design at Oorjja. Anandhu joined Oorjja during the time of the pandemic when we had no choice other than to resort to hybrid learning models. As we progressed with training Anandhu in UI/UX Design, he failed to stay in the loop while the pandemic was surging. When we went looking out for him, we found out that Anandhu hailed from a small village in Idukki where there is constant power disruption almost all the time, which made it unfeasible for him to attend our sessions online. We soon found a solution to this challenge and went ahead with the training.
We were pretty surprised and confused with the work Anandhu brought to the table as soon as he got on track- the design thinking skills in him were exceptional! One day, we asked Anadhu to come over to Oorjja, requested him to work on an assignment, and observed his methods and approach towards problem-solving closely. We were impressed with his self-learning capability and the designs he delivered in the end.
We saw that while approaching a problem, Anandhu referred to as many sources and learns about various aspects in his ways. His passion for designing has made him work with Expleo Group, and that too, while he was under the UI/UX Design coursework at Oorjja. After undergoing the training period, he associated with Expleo Group in Chennai with even more new dreams and aspirations. We know, as a matter of fact, that his dreams have no boundaries, and we wish for all of that to come true. Team Oorjja is so proud of you, Anandhu!
