Mukund Bhaskaran

Mukund Bhaskaran joined Oorjja to spot his abilities and talent, none of us had a clue about what he was just about to emerge into. From being an introvert at all places, Mukund started to show up for physical classes only after he got comfortable in the setting with other trainees. He always enjoyed online mentoring and struggled to get along with strangers, and we were clueless about how we could do the involuntary evaluation.

To our surprise, Mukund gradually started to show up for physical training sessions at Oorjja,  and we requested Mukund to engage in group learning to improve his social intelligence. We were so surprised to see Mukund guiding fellow trainees with the knowledge he had, quite seriously.

Soon, Mukund started to develop a sense of belonging with all of us and he even showed up as a volunteer during situations of medical emergencies. He was adept at developing new algorithms all by himself, which showcased his skillsets in coding and more. Our mentors started to train Mukund in visualization and analytics and he advanced to a level of learning in easy pattern identification and more.

Mukund, who preferred to work somewhere in Kochi close to his home during the initial days of training, wanted to go and explore faraway places by the time he was exposed to an advanced social setting during the coursework at Oorjja. Contrary to what Mukund wished for when he joined Oorjja, he is now a Data Analyst at Expleo Group in Chennai, a place so far from his home, where he is happily working with his friends like family! You’ve come a long way and we’re so happy for you, dear Mukund!
