The trainees in our UI/UX design coursework will begin to develop familiarity and fluency in design research fundamentals to provide solutions for users. They will also become adept at turning low-fidelity prototypes into high-fidelity designs as the stages of the course progress. As student designers, they will also get to complete projects that help them build their UI/UX portfolio to showcase their skills and reliability to employers.
We encourage candidates to explore their areas of interest during the first phase of any skill-building program. After helping them choose the appropriate course, we will begin the coursework of their preference and advance it to the second phase, where they'll get to familiarise themselves with the subject more. We will intensify the training as we move to the third phase, where we will additionally emphasise language learning and business communication. Tie-ups with corporates will help our trainees sign up for internships and job-oriented training during the fourth phase, where they'll also begin to interact freely with future employers.
As soon as we identify creative and design thinking capabilities in candidates during our evaluative exercises, they'll be encouraged to engage in more such activities for a thorough assessment.
We will introduce design tools, advanced design approaches, and industry standards to shortlisted candidates. They’ll be taught how to empathise with users, conduct in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys, and use the accumulated data to find solutions.
Trainees will be encouraged to apply their psychology to design sketches and develop prototypes that will be tested with users. They’ll also learn to apply user interface principles while developing a clickable prototype. Trainees will be encouraged to do iterations after gaining feedback by conducting a usability test.
Trainees will be guided to internships at different companies, and during this time, Oorjja mentors will always be available to them for any sort of support. They will also get chances to find opportunities and work settings where they really fit in.
We're quite proud of our team of experienced mentors who assist the trainees. Even when the trainees are working with enterprises, our mentors encourage and coach the aspirants as they progress through their learning experience.
